We hope you are as excited as we are to start the 2025-2026 OVAS season! Catch our season opener, the OVAS Garage Sale, on Saturday, September 13th! Please join us for the fish swap! Everyone is welcome!
Expect to find new and gently used aquariums & hardware, along with locally raised aquatic livestock & plants!!

9:30am – 2:30pm
Sellers: There is no table fee for members. The non-member table fee is $10. Please ensure your sale items are in good working order and that you are providing healthy livestock. Please reserve a table on the forum HERE. Setup is from 9:00am-9:30am and venue clean up is from 2:30pm-3:00pm. You are responsible for all pricing and transactions, please remember to bring CHANGE! Please note that you are responsible for the set up, and clean up of your table. Sellers are to dispose of items they don’t want to take home.
Buyers: Please remember to bring CASH! Don’t forget a bag and cooler!
Additionally, we hope that everyone is ready for some in-person meetings and other fishy events!

OVAS memberships can be renewed for the 2025-2026 season online (PayPal), and will be available to pick up at the garage sale or at our next meeting (September 22nd). Current memberships will expire on September 30, 2025.
This is a FREE event sponsored by the Ottawa Valley Aquarium Society. Anyone with an interest in aquariums and related hobbies is welcome to attend. OVAS presentations are a great place to meet other aquarium hobbyists, exchange ideas and learn more about fish and aquatic plant keeping.
