On Tuesday, January 8th at 6:00 pm, OVAS will be hosting its 2019\/2020 holiday party at the Mandarin Restaurant on West Hunt Club. The Mandarin is a Chinese buffet restaurant with a huge selection of good eats! This is a great opportunity to get out and socialize with other aquarium enthusiasts \u2013 everyone is welcome. Partners, family, friends, members and non-members alike.<\/p>\n

OVAS is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting and supporting the aquarium hobby in Ottawa and its surrounding areas. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in home aquariums and provides many benefits such as discounts at local retailers, easy access to the aquarium community, attend events, and more! The club meets at least once a month at Tom Brown arena from September through to May and maintains the\u00a0ovas.ca<\/a>\u00a0website and online forum.<\/p>\n
