A fish-friendly reminder from the Ottawa Valley Aquarium Society…<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hope you are showing this hobby some love following Valentine\u2019s Day. Shower your fish with affection by treating them to live food \u2013 because nothing says ‘I love you’ like a gourmet underwater dining experience!<\/p>\n

Live Food Workshop [Jody McManus]\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

This hobby includes many different approaches to optimize fish health and behaviour. One of the best ways to stimulate natural behaviours is by feeding more natural food that moves! Jody will demonstrate how to culture, keep, and feed live fish food at home. The presentation will include some hands-on experience for those that would like to participate.<\/p>\n

Additional demonstrations may follow if time allows.<\/p>\n

\nMembers are encouraged to set up vendor tables<\/strong>, so bring some cash if looking to shop.
\nOVAS <\/strong>will have fish bags available<\/strong> for purchase: 25 for $3 \/\u00a050 for $5.<\/p>\n
