I've done both pressurized and DIY.  I would highly recommend a pressurized setup if you can afford it.

DIY (Yeast + sugar):

Pros - Very cheap
Cons - Inconsistant bubble production; must replace mixture every few weeks; can be prone to leaks over time

Pressurized:

Pros - Consistant bubble production; can last for many months or even a year, depending on bubble rate and tank size
Cons - Initially expensive to set up ($200 or so)

Unless cost is a BIG issue, I highly recommend pressurized right from the get go.  It is a decision you won't regret.

Plus, if you salt tank picks up, you can split your line and run a calcium reactor too.

I`m with the others, pressurized is the only way to go with a tank that size ( 90 Glns.), DIY is do able but will require a lot of attention .
