Fluval medias

People who has Fluval, what kind of medias you guys put in?

Sponges, bio max and poly wool. That's all unless meds need to be removed, the carbon goes in for a short time.

Foam, biomax, and crushed coral.

My Fluval 404 flows like this Foam,Polywool,Biomax.
I rinse the Foam and Biomax every month and a half and replace the PolyWool.
