A couple months ago a good number of us had various suggestions about changes to the web site, but since there were many changes being made involving the webmaster and the higher-ups in OVAS, those ideas were, understandably, put aside.  I'm just curious as to whether or not all the issues have been resolved, and if we can get the ball rolling on a few things.  I'm always up for helping if need be.

Which changes are you referring to?

Please keep in mind that feature addons and layout changes require a quite different amount of time to implement. Any changes done recently are layout changes only. There will be a much bigger update of the complete OVAS website in the future, but it will take some time to make sure that everything works before it will go online.

This is strictly out of curiosity, but how many people actually maintain the website ? In terms of layout, creating graphics, etc...  But totally aside from moderators, just keeping micro maintenance of threads etc...

You have to realize that the poor web master is very busy tryoing to implement stuff from last year.

Any new ideas are at the end of the list and  any new ideas need to be discussed and voted upon  by the board which only meets once a month.

I understand :) I was referring to stuff like forum changes, like the tank journal thread and such, but I can wait! I was more curious than anything to find out if things were still working towards it, and I really appreciate all the work that's already gone in to the site & club, so no hurry!

Maybe send a friendly reminder to Darius (Aquarium Shop) that you've missed his updates on his forum? They have been online, I checked the stats...
