Any Lift Pump Suggestions?

I'm looking for a pump that will be able to pump perhaps 30-40 gallons per hour from my basement to the first floor of my house.  Lift would be probably be about 12 to 13 feet, with somewhere between zero to 8 feet of run.

With 8 feet of run, that makes for about 18 feet of head pressure.  Anything I can find that can pump water that high also wants to pump a lot of water...too much for what I need.  I'm also conscious of power usage.

Anyone aware of some sort of pump that would do what I need here, without overdoing it?
