What would you recommend for live plants in well-lit, CO2-injected, 19-20°c goldfish tank ?

I did the research and found compatible match.
I'm more interested in your opinions, experiences and tips for a very enthusiast & dedicated beginner.

This is what I have now:
- Anubias heterophylla (or barteri?)
- Anubias barteri (nana)
- Java fern
- Java moss

Interesting options:
- Nematanthus wettsteinii (aka goldfish plant)
- Crinum thaianum (aka water onion)
- Cryptocornye wendetti
- Cryptocornye willisii
- Cryptocornye ciliata
- Hygrophila corymbosa angustifolia
- Echinodorus (aka amazon sword)

Less interesting options:
- Bolbitis heudelotii
- Hornwort
- Frogbit

Any other worth mentionning ?

I keep hornwort, java fern and bolbitis heudelotii in with fantails without any problems.

My guys eat frogbit like there is no tomorrow...
