Discus with zits?

It sounds funny, but thats what they look like! One of my discus has tiny white bumps, but only on one side of his body. They dont seem to be bugging him at all, and none of the other fish have it. Any ideas?

I have never experienced  this before but there are some posts here that you could check to see if the syptoms are the same.  (They reported the white spots as well)
