Found a bunch of eggs today in one of our fresh water tanks😊 not too sure who laid the eggs, but can't wait for babies😊 will try to post a pic soon.

They look like pleco egg's, you should take them out and try the snail method to
keep them clean, or put them in a egg tumbler or something to keep the water moving
over the eggs so they don't fungus up.

Congrats! Means you've got some very happy fish.

If they turn out to be Albino Plecos I'd be interested in buying a few little babies.

Thank you. They maybe from the Plecos there have been babies before, but I have never seen eggs before so I had to assumed that they were live bearers, lol. Learnt something new today. Went to check on the eggs again and I can not find them any where. Is that normal for them to hide them?

Usually the male stays and guards them until they've hatched and are big enough to swim around. Very strange that he wouldn't be guarding them and I've never heard of them being moved...

I've got a cluster of eggs in my tank right now that papa pleco is minding. He's been fanning them for hours and is keeping them safe. Are there other fish in your tank? Where's papa?

fishy friend

Yes there are other fish in the tank. They are some cories, guppies, blue gourami, and an algae eater. I haven't seen the other fish near the eggs, just one of the plecos I am pretty sure dad is in the cave that is close by. I think the eggs were moved in there. Haven't seen any babies yet.
101DalmantianMollies congrats on your eggs😊

Thanks! :D That batch just hatched and there are some babies clinging to the glass of the tank with their little egg sacs.

Fingers crossed that you'll see some soon!!
