Hey everyone,
 
   We are starting to plan for the giant auction, which will be here before we know it.
   As always, we appreciate any help we can get.

  We are looking

Auctioneers (4 or 5 needed)
Greeters and registration (2-3)
Cashiers (2)
Runners (5-6)
Recorders (2-3)
Kitchen help (2)
Assistant to Alyssa (1)
Plus we are hoping that the volunteers can help with set up as well.

For the exec, I have assigned the following, if you haven't been assigned please let me know what you would like to do.

All day.
 
  Set up will be starting around 8:30-9 (I have to check the exact time we get the space), and then the auction runs all day, until we are done.

Ok I arranged childcare. I can arrive for around 12-1230 and leave at 430 to pick kids up for 5pm. Place me wherever helps except auctioneer and heavy lifting.
