Prism Skimmer question

Fellas:


I am picking up a 77 gal tank and stand this weekend and this tank comes with a Red Sea prism skimmer. Well I am not doing a salt tank with the 77, so I am not in need of the skimmer for my freshwater tank I will be doing so what does something like this go for? Maybe you salty guys can answer that and save me time from investigating it at the LFS. If anyone may want it, it could be for sale or trade.

Its not worth very much because they are kinda useless, maybe 20$.

As a SW hobbiest.I can tell you that a prism skimmer like yours
used goes for tops of$50.00......certainly no more than that.
I had one myself and that is how much I sold it for...
looks like yours has been modified....by having an extention
to rise the collecting cup.

mine was exactly like the pic i raised the collection cup and put a longer hose. and i sold mine for 50.
