SW supliment

I am using Reefmist to supliment my soft corals and wondered if anyone has exp with this product. I am only growing mushrooms and xinea at the moment. Do I need anything other than a plankton supliment to keep them healthy and strong? Does Reefmist supply everything I need?

I don't ever add any food supplement to my reef and everything is flourishing. If I have a Hawwain feather duster, I might use this product! If you do research on xenia they require lighting to grow and don't eat and I never feed my mushrooms and the are multiplying like crazy. My corals get what ever the fish don't eat or whatever they can get during a feeding. I not against people using any products but don't think they are required. Google Marine snow and others like it and you be surprised what they contain!
