Saltwater begginer need help!

k so it looks like my salinity level is low.... uhm my tank is at 80 degrees....what should it be at?
i read the box and it said i should check and mesure the salinity levele at 75 degrees?
so what temp should it be at?

and one more thing....i'm going to have inverts in there so what should my salinity level be?
what are some good low light corals?
