I have a 125 gal. tank that I"d like to add plants to, I do love the rocky, wood look that I've always had but with looking at others tanks posted here I've come to like the idea of a few plants also. So what I need to know is what plants would do well in this tank (cichlids) the lighting is 2 URI bulbs  165w per bulb total of 330w, 1 daylight, 1 blue. Any help you could offer will be much appreciated. I hope something tall and grassy looking and maybe some type of moss coverage.

Thanks.

You have to consider , 3 factors that work against most plants (1) African cichilds thinks plants are food  ;) ( 2) the water parameters often used to keep that type of fish does not lend itself to most plants & (3) A.cichilds like to dig . That been said folks have kept some plants in that type of tank , mostly Vallisneria which covers your tall grassy desire,Anubias & Java ferns both of the latter does not require been planted but anchored to rocks or wood, there might be some others that don`t readily come to mind.
