Indeed even the shrimp are the crystal reds I believe he has.  He should be able to answer you.

Looks like Fissidens fontanus to me.

The seller aquaticmagic on ebay sells this plant. I've bought mosses from him before and they have always arrived in good condition.

another great shot of this amazing moss.  its seem to be called "US Fissiden Moss "  im not sure waht the US means.

It is Fissidens... a cold water moss.  If you want to get some, there is usually someone on Aquabid or eBay selling.
