A quick dosing question

I got some ferts from B&B last night (they knew what I needed before I even asked...guess lots of OVAS members buy there).  I've read lots of documentation about dosing and the various methods but seem a bit unsure of how much to dose trace elements.  This is my setup:

75g moderately-heavily planted (thanks to Cal1956 for the plants)
110W of lighting until I get my CO2 setup (It's in the mail).  I will have 220W then (~3 WPG)
I dosed the recommended macro nutrients last night after a water change.
How much micro (trace) should I dose tonight?  This is the first time I dose any ferts.
How often should I dose if I am running a low-light non-CO2 injected setup?  once a week after a large water change?

Ormarr, the mix for the traces is 1 tablespoonof powder to 250 ml of water ( preferably distilled) this can be stored in the fridge the dose is approx 15 ml 3 x week.

Since you are only using 110 watts on the tank & you just planted the tank , i would not recommend dosing 3 x a week ( Macros or micros), probably 1 every 2 weeks @ this stage or half the recommended dose 1 x week.

60 – 80 Gallon Aquariums
+/- 3/4 tsp KN03 3x a week
+/- 3/16 tsp KH2P04 3x a week
+/- 1/4 tsp K2S04 3x a week
+/- ¼ tsp (15ml) Trace 3x a week
50% weekly water change

I dry dose my trace mix.  My 75 gets 1/4 tsp twice a week.  I had been doing 3 x a week but didn't find a noticable difference after a month of keeping it at 2x a week instead.

Of course, the amount and types of plants you keep will have a bearing on this.

In the meantime, at 110W, I'm with charlie.  Dose once a week.  Without medium lighting, you won't be chewing through the ferts that quickly.
