So often we tend to sing out loud the bad service experiences we have with different stores etc., this time i want to share a positive experience i had with Pyromateck Fire Extinguisher of Gatineau.
I purchased a 10 lb aluminum bottle of CO2 form these guys about one year ago , Mike ( owner) was kind enough to drop it off for me , saving me a trip.
Approx. 2 mths ago i had it refilled by them, yesterday it was empty, this i found to be unusual since i would get 6-8 mths out of it, i tested & tested for leaks in my system , but could not detect any, so off i went this morning to Davidson extinguishers to have it re filled, on my return  home , i heard a slight hiss from the bottle , on further investigation i discovered a pin hole on the bottle itself ( dunk in the bath tub test), i called Mike to find out if he had any Aluminum bottles & told him what happened, he readily agreed to replace the bottle & gas, further to that on my arrival i was able to upgrade to a 20 lb bottle for a slight difference in cash. Kudos to Mike & the staff of Pyromateck Fire Extinguishers.

I highly recommend this Pryomateck as well.  I was kind of in shock when I was there about how well they were treating me given that I'd come in to buy a used 5lb canister.

In addition, they are significantly cheaper than Davidson for the actual bottles themselves.
