Hello & Merry Christmas

Am actually looking for a dosing strategy that i wont have to do any water changes, atleast not once a week.... i used to apply EI dosing when the tank was in the basement, but now its in the middle of a living with hardwood and stuff... I prefer not to have these frequent water changes... Anyone knws or uses such a strategy..

I have strong lights on a 90g C02 infused.. plant load somewhere between 60-80%.

Thank you .

There's another method call Perpetual Preservation System or PPS in short form. It has been in use by planted tank peoples even before EI. Lately, it evolved to two sub systems, one calls PPS-Classic and the other calls PPS-Pro. To make it short, basically both are similar. The idea is you dose exact amount of fertilizer that your tank needed. Every week or month, you test the water and fine tune the amount of fertilizer that you put in. You can skip water change but you need a precision scale to measure to the gram!  ;)

Cheers!
