Lighting tutorial.

Does anyone have a very good, solid lighting tutorial that they could either send me or point me in the direction of? I feel my knowledge in this area is so lacking. The definitions are just killing me! I read something and then have no clue what it is as I don't know the different types of bulbs, etc.

I'd definitely like to further my knowledge in this area if anyone can push me in the right direction.

One of the OVAS meetings this year will handle high tech tanks... and there will be a large focus on the various types of lighting.

And that would be amazing BigDaddy. Would definitely help me with designing the custom lighting I want to do for my 90gal turtle vivarium. (Combo of fluorescent uvb emitting bulbs and compact fluorescents!)
