Where does everyone find avatars that are the right size for this site?

mine is just a pic of a fish in my tank, croped and saved as a very very small jpg in Photo filter. Its a freebe photo program that is alot like photoshop.

Same here, just something a friend whipped up for me, then I resized using Windows Photo Resizer
