Does anyone know where to buy thermally conductive epoxy or anything considered to be a thermally conductive adhesive? I think normally they are a two part epoxy but I don't know for sure as I have never used the stuff. I don't want to order over the Internet if possible since I don't even need very much at all. Thanks

Thanks JetJumper. They are close by to me too. Can you just go to their location? Or are they an order on line only kind of place?

They have a store front.  Give a call a head of time however.  They might not always have Thermal Epoxy in stock as its not used often.  But its a 1 day order for them to bring it in for you.

Great, will do. Thanks again!

Good find Jet, you beat me to it :)

I was going to suggest Artic Silver 5, is what I use on my overclocked i7 rig and beats most other thermal pastes available today for thermal conductivity.  I just wasn't sure it was a good adhesive - in fact, I'm pretty sure it isn't :/

AS5 is very good stuff for thermal conductivity, but yes... its a horrible adhesive.  The alumina is pretty close to AS5 though :)  Just a bit of epoxy mixed in :D

Oh, and what ever you are epoxy'ing with the Alumina, don't expect to get it off in one piece typically.  I know of cases where people decide to put it on their heat sinks for processors.. haha!  what a funny mistake that is.  And Costly!

I am trying to use it to adhere LEDs to an aluminum heat sink. It can't fall off or it falls in the tank  :-[

Do you see any problems with that? Is this the right thing to use?
