There is a mini auction at every meeting except for the meeting just before the Giant Auction in March.

I may make a motion at the next Exec to change this - it will help spread the load out.  I am anticipating a MASSIVE Giant Auction this year.  and there is no reason why we cant have a  Mini in Feb

for a 'mini' auction there sure is a lot of things!. I new this was coming but sadly, could not attend. Its all that those supplies accumulated over the summer. Maybe there should be a mid summer meeting?

That's why this forum asked that OVAS do a meeting in June, and we did get it.

I wasn't able to attend the meeting.....The "no sale items"......did they have a reserve bid?  Seems like the mini-auction had some good items.   :lol:     Some of the no sale items sounds interesting.

I attended and I believe there were a few items with reserve bids, but there were also many that didn't get any interest from the group.
