whats the difference between Lab grade and standard grade

Phil I am gonna take a stab at this and say that lab grade are more accurate then standard but I may be wrong

it would be stupid to put a non accurate probe on the market lol

It's not that the standard one's are not accurate they are probably just not as accurate
