Saw these were on special this weekend... but can you tell me are they:
Jewel/Serpae Tetras (Hyphessobrycon eques)
OR
Columbian Tetras (Hyphessobrycon columbianus)
??

Turns out they are Columbian "Red Tail" Tetras (Hyphessobrycon columbianus). Very nice - picked up ten to add to the three we bought from a member at the Season Opener.
Only $1 each... good deal in my books! And they look terrific in my 90 gallon angel tank.

I have 10 of these in my 90 gallon as well.  They are so fun to watch and are very rambunctious.  If you don't have a lid on your tank, stand back when you feed them because they splash everywhere.
