Active Betta Breeders

So, I'm setting up a second tank. The only thing I'm stocking it with is a Betta. So I'm wondering who is actively breeding Betta's? Also are there any clubs or Associations to join in Ottawa?

Thanks Rah. :-) I do breed bettas, I have a 6 week old spawn growing out right now of splendens, and also breed wild species bettas. I am actively breeding betta Albimarginata right now and am getting some betta macrostoma next Sunday.
