Bolivian Ram question

Today I found 2 of my Bolivian Rams with what looks like their intestine is coming out of their bodies. They seem fine and are not showing any signs of stress or illness other than that. Here are a couple of photo's, Anyone seen this before?

Hi Kelly.  I just saw this post, how are your rams today?  Did you figure out what that was?
