Adf hardly eating

My ADF is hardly eating. Should I be worried?

Only things I think to mention is:

Their tank got crazy worm because of the worm weather. I put an ac in it, and the water is back to normal.

I was away on vacation, and the person I got to watch them, may have over fed him, but he doesn't look bloated.

He has had a white spot on his nose, but it seems to be going away

I should mention, I hand feed them. So it isn't a issue with her finding the food
