Change in Look of Forum

Hello all,

You may have noticed that the forum looks a bit different.     A big update was performed and it was succesfull but I didn't realize that the theme that we were using is not compatible with the latest forum software.  I will do my best to try to make it look like it did before.

It's going to be a work in progress.
