Hey All,

   So Errol went through a bit of business last night, here it is for those who may have missed it.

1. Venue - We are looking at the possibility of moving to Tom Brown next season, so that all our events are held at the same location. A close vote was taken, and we will re-vote or poll after the giant auction so people can experience both locations.

2. Bowl show - Our annual bowl show will be happening at our May meeting. 5 gallons maximum, must have water, everything else is up to you (full details will be posted later)

3. Auction news - We will be charging $5 for bidder numbers at the auction going forward. This money is to help offset rising costs as well as help with prizes for the giant auction. Each bidder will receive a ticket for the door prizes.

I vote for Tom Brown Arena because there is way more parking available and the room is bigger so we aren't cramped in.

I vote for Tom Brown Arena because there is way more parking available and the room is bigger so we aren't cramped in.

I vote for the current location as it is conveniently located off the 417; for Tom Brown you have to cross many smaller residential streets which are not well serviced in winter time.
